Bagi kamu tim futsal SMA/SMK se-derajat se- Surabaya, Gresik, dan Sidoarjo, kami menantang kalian untuk unjuk kebolehan di sini! Kompetisi ini akan diadakan pada tanggal 23, 30 September & 1 Oktober 2016 dengan sistem grup dan berlokasi di Gor Lapangan Futsal Kampus Unair C
Bagaimana caranya mendaftar?
Pendaftaran akan dibuka mulai hari ini s/d 15 September 2016 dengan mengisi formulir di sini: https://goo.gl/Be8xLo
Biaya pendaftaran: Rp 300.000/tim
